Memphis - ALVIENELL CROSS BEACH, 90, passed away January 21, 2021. Known by many of her family as "Dot" or "Granny", Mrs. Beach was a retired legal secretary born in Vaiden, Mississippi on December 23, 1930. She was predeceased in death by her husband, Sanford E. Beach, and one grandson, Christopher Allen Beach. She is survived by her children, Allen (Sherry) Beach of Hernando, Mississippi, Sandra Parent of Southaven, Mississippi and Sharon (Wade) Marshall of Horn Lake, Mississippi, 7 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandson and three sisters, Alva Mae Alldread of Cleveland, Mississippi, Mary Alice McMullin of Horn Lake, Mississippi and Evelyn Threadgill of Stewart, Mississippi. Mrs. Beach was a member of Boulevard Baptist Church in Southaven, Mississippi. The family will receive family and friends on Thursday, January 28, 2021, from 11AM until 1PM (service time) at Hernando Funeral Home, Hernando, Mississippi. Interment will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery (South) at 2:30 p.m. Memorial contributions may be sent to the charity of the giver's choice.
