Derek Dwayne Lang (60) was born May 24th, 1961 and passed February 8th, 2022. Derek is survived by his mother Emma Jean Nunn (Kenny); sister Kim Moncrief (Chris) of Coldwater; step sisters Delena Clarkson (Terry) of Hernando and Jeanette Scruggs (Michael) of Hernando; nephews Keith Adams, Robert Adams, Joseph Clarkson, and Samuel Scruggs; and nieces Danielle Murphy and Hannah Gowen. He is preceded by his father Talton Lang of Olive Branch and sister Lisa Adams Treadway of Coldwater. The family will be receiving friends Saturday, February 19th, from 1-2 pm with services to follow at 2 pm all at Hernando Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Scotland Cemetery.
