Doris C. Edwards of Hernando, MS, went home to be with the Lord on March 10, 2023, at the age of 88 years old. She was born on August 24, 1934 in Memphis, TN. Doris is survived by her husband James Harvey Edwards, her daughter Melissa “Lisa” Scruggs of Nesbit, her son James Harvey Jr. “Jim” of Hernando, her sisters Yvonne Kirk, Jean Gresham, and Troy Gresham all of Memphis, her brother Wilford Cawthon of Olive Branch, 6 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.
