Jane Burgin Cox 80 of Hernando passed away January 8, 2021. She was a graduate of Starkville High School, Class of 1958 and retired high school librarian from Fayette Ware High School and Trezevant High School in Memphis. Jane is survived by her husband of over forty seven years, George B. Cox of Hernando, and sister, Jeri Fitz-Randolph of Jackson, TN. She was preceded in death by her parents, William G. Burgin Sr and Florence Knight Ramond; sister, Nancy Basham and brothers, William G. Burgin Jr and Ramond Burgin.
