Kerry Wright, 67, of Memphis, TN passed away at Baptist East hospital from Guillain Barr Syndrome on August 7th, 2022. He is preceded in death by his parents Harold and Betty Lee Wright and two brothers Sandy Wright and Nickey Wright. He is survived by his brother Terry Wright; sister Holly Carlo (Robert); wife Gwen Wright (Steve); his loving children Kerry Glenn Wright Jr., Jamey Wright, Nicholas Wright; grandchildren Kerry Wright III, Karson Wright, Keegan Rust Wright; sister-in-law Cathie McCuthen and a host of family members, friends, and neighbors, including his cat Boo and his menagerie of cats, possums, and racoons who visited him everyday. Kerry was a wonderful friend to all who knew him. He loved his family with all of his heart. He was a great cook, loved to eat, and go out to eat with his children, watch AGT, and love on his cat Boo. He loved Elvis, the Tigers, and the Grizzlies. Kerry worked as a salesman all of his life, from Kirby vacuum cleaners, siding, roofing, and fixing houses. Where he lived he worked and looked out for his community, he had lots of friends there that looked out for each other. Kerry will be truly missed by his family and friends.
