Obituary for Nellie Sue Logan

Nellie (Sue) Logan was born in Tipton County, Tennessee on August 1, 1935. She was the first child of John Thomas and Thelma Ruth Woelfle. Sue graduated from Munford High School in 1953 and began her work career in the transportation industry. Sue married Sam T. McCullough and together they had four sons who she adored. In 1986 Sue married Elvis Lynn Logan and they were together 30 happy years. Together they opened the Green Grocer in Southaven and enjoyed serving that community with fresh produce, homemade products, lovely plants, etc. Sue's passion for antiques started early in her life and was evident in her business, Country Pleasures where she sold in several antique malls and later at Sheffield Antiques Mall in Collierville. Here she specialized in country French, antique books, and other unique collectibles. Sue was an avid reader and took great pride in caring for her beautiful home and yard and visiting with her neighbors. Preceding Sue in death was her mother and father, husband, Lynn Logan and also her son Barry. Sue was a loving mother, sister, and friend to many and always a caregiver. She is survived by sons, Steve (Freida), Brent and Brad, her three grandsons, Michael and Chad McCullough and Garret Smith, her daughter in love Mandy Smith, six siblings Freda Milligan, Janelle Lemons (Bill), Thomas Woelfle (Wilma), Janice Fite (Dan), Patricia Delashmit and Debbie Williams (Ken).
