He leaves his wife of 68 years , Phyllis Smith, Daughters Beverly Work(Rod) and Debra Replogle(Ricky). 5 Grandchildren and 4 Greatchildren. Sister, Dorothy Patterson(George) and Brothers Jack W. Smith(Margret) and Roger Smith(Valarie).
He was preceded in death by his son Robert D. Smith and his parents Jack N. Smith and Alma Smith.
