STANLEY J. CHIMAHUSKY, 93, of Hernando, died Tuesday, January 26, 2021, at his home. Visitation will be held at Hernando Funeral Home on Monday, February 1, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The funeral Mass will be said at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 2, at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, where he was a communicant, with burial at Senatobia Memorial Cemetery. Mr. Chimahusky is the widower of Dorothy Baumann Chimahusky, who passed away in 2003. Mr. Chimahusky leaves two daughters, Dorothy A. Shinstock (John) of Fairfield, CA, and Theresa J. Knight (Don) of Saltillo, MS; four sons, John S. Chimahusky (Carol) of Oklahoma City, OK, Edward V. Chimahusky (Debbie) of Fremont, OH, Michael J. Chimahusky of Hernando, MS, and David E. Chimahusky (Mary) of Tupelo, MS; one sister, Rose Marie Pratt of Fredonia, NY; 15 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one sister, Edna Meehan, and one grandchild, David Joseph Chimahusky. The family requests that memorials be sent to the Holy Spirit Catholic Church Building Fund.
