Thomas Adel Fredrick, age 80, a resident of Horn Lake, MS passed away on Tuesday Oct. 25, 2022. He attended Oakhaven High School in Memphis, TN then joining United States Air Force. Upon being Honorably discharged in 1964 he returned to Memphis where he studied avaition maintenance at what is now Tennessee college of Applied Technology, where he received diploma as an Airframe and Powerplant mechanic. He married Carolyn Barrett in 1965 and later began a career as a commercial truck driver where he worked for Quality Stamp for 15 years, later working for Willamette Industries. He loved being a truck driver, logging over 2 million miles. He was a member of Twin Lakes Baptist Church, serving as a deacon, and he was also involved with the American Legion during his retirement.

Thomas is survived by his wife Carolyn Frederick and son Thomas Arthur Frederick, 2 grandchildren, Elizabeth Frederick and Matthew Frederick and 2 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father Thomas Jewel Frederick, his mother Annie Lou Cox Frederick, brothers Fred Allen Frederick and Jerry Raymond Frederick, and a sister Shelia K. Chandler.

Visitation will take place at 9:00 a.m., with services at 10:00 a.m. on November 1, 2022.
